Tyler Shields is the Sales and Leasing Broker Associate at Recentric Real Estate. A recent Magna Cum Laude graduate from Colorado Mesa University, Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He also earned his real estate certification with high honors from the university.
Tyler’s passions extend beyond his professional pursuits. He is an avid sports enthusiast, both as a spectator and a player, and cherishes quality time with family and friends. An avid outdoorsman, Tyler loves spending time in nature and enjoys every opportunity to hit the golf course. Tyler embodies the Colorado spirit of hard work and determination, positioning himself as a promising future leader in the business world.

David Norton
David works as the “boots on the ground”, handling the multitude of issues and concerns that come with commercial properties. David keeps the buildings and grounds maintained and helps cultivate positive relationships with tenants. David has 15+ years working on various properties, and uses his experience to find effective and economical solutions to problems. When he is not working, David can be found cooking a great meal, or in the mountains, catching sunrises on peaks and lounging around alpine lakes.

Eric Rehm
Eric is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Recentric’s medical office portfolio, including working on portfolio contracts and insurance, managing CapEx projects and tenant improvements, negotiating lease terms, evaluating acquisitions, budgeting, and leading the Recentric operations team. His unique problem-solving skills and hands-on approach ensure that Recentric consistently delivers exceptional value to its clients.
In between international trips centered around scuba diving, sampling local cuisine and wine, Eric, his wife Danielle, and baby girl Harper can be found enjoying Colorado’s backcountry—hiking, biking, and snowboarding as each season allows.
